稀土，西大本土最有希望的就是那个MP materials，过去是把稀土挖出来后，
运到东大提炼加工。现在改了，要不惜代价自己做全套，
目标是最常用的钕铁硼磁铁。目前有2027和2030两个小目标，
俺觉得悬，主要是体制问题。就算做好了，到时质和量两方面帮助都不会太大。

军用磁铁，Sm-Co（钐-钴）磁铁为东大独有。这种磁铁常温性能略逊于钕铁硼，
但高温性能好，矫顽磁力高，一些导弹、战机等上面必须要用。

这个西大自己就没办法了，只能寄希望于袋鼠，最近签的协议就包括了这方面的内容。
协议中首先是镓，制造雷达的材料。计划在袋鼠的一家铝冶炼厂着手，
所以技术路线和东大一样，估计做成的可能性比较大。
计划年产100吨，为西大目前需求量的数倍。
稀土则是袋鼠的Lynas，这还有些复杂。Lynas是东大之外唯一提炼出一种重稀土的公司，
具体说是元素镝，dysprosium，但地方不在袋鼠本土，而是在马来西亚。
据说是从东大某小厂挖了几个人，经过10来年搞了出来。
俺到处查也没看到纯度。现在西大希望Lynas能进一步提纯出钐，
Lynas也确实是唯一现实的指望。
