I’m almost 70 years old and Ford has made junk my entire life. They were junk in the 1950s, they were junk in the 1960s. My parents had a 1969 Thunderbird that they bought brand new and there was almost nothing on the car that didn’t fail or fall off during the first five years.

I worked for a company that was a supplier to Ford, so out of loyalty. I bought several new Ford products in the 1980s through about 1999. Almost every one of them was in the shop frequently for numerous defects that should not have been. I have totally sworn them off as a car company. I will never deal with again after buying a six month old 2020 Mustang that had huge transmission issues, and Ford had no clue how to fix It. As well as numerous other quality issues. The thing was such a piece of junk that I dumped it after three months of aggravating ownership!
